Here are some of the types of modifications we have done:
- Convert containers and trailers into mobile offices, washrooms, workshops, refrigerated storage, etc.
- Supply completely ready to go onsite multiple sized storage units to be used as rental units complete with roll-up, man doors, lock assemblies, dividers, and lighting.
- Mobile insulated units that are used as canteen trucks complete with fryers, stainless steel sinks, cabinets, counters, refrigerated display units, whole side of unit opening up, foldable stairs for customers to enter unit, etc.
- We have modified 53′ containers and trailers that were insulated into multiple-use units. We converted 15′ of unit to freezer space with an insulated internal wall and door, 18′ of refrigerated space with internal wall and door and 20′ of unit to insulated storage space to store their excess inventory.

Customization Project
- Modified a 40HC insulated container to a 20′ with fireproof 5/8″ drywall on all the walls ceiling and doors.
- Installed a 3′ insulated man door in the middle of the end wall of the modified container.

Moving with a 53’ Van Trailer – Flexible Options to Suit Your Needs
We offer flexible moving options, from as little as 10’ of the back of a 53’ trailer to the full 53’ for your move.
Space and Accessibility:
Please ensure that both your current and destination locations have enough space to accommodate a 53’ tractor-trailer, either in front of your house or in your driveway. If you’re using our full moving services, we’ll handle this for you and ensure there’s adequate space at both locations for the trailer.
If parking a 53’ trailer directly in front of your home isn’t possible, we can park the trailer nearby, such as in a neighbor’s driveway, at a church, or in a local shopping mall parking lot.
Loading Assistance:
For customers who plan to load the trailer themselves, we recommend contacting a local mover to bring a ramp. Since the trailer is about 4’ off the ground, this will make loading much easier. A mover can also assist with packing your items securely to avoid damage during transit. We work with reliable movers in various areas, and if you need help finding one, we can provide recommendations or connect you with a trusted contact.
Packing Tips for a Smooth Move:
If we’re handling the full move for you, be sure to pack smaller items in boxes and keep them in a central location to help save on moving costs. For the most efficient unloading, we suggest placing the items you’ll need last at the back of the trailer and the items you’ll need first toward the front. Label the top of each box with the room it should be delivered to, ensuring everything ends up in the right place at your new location.
DIY Packing and Moving:
If you’re packing and moving yourself, we recommend purchasing 4-8 heavy-duty ratchet straps (with a capacity of at least 5,000 lbs) to secure your belongings. Be sure to stock up on stretch wrap and old blankets to protect your furniture and bulky items that aren’t in boxes or in their original packaging.
